CME’s Woman in Leadership Training Program assists women in manufacturing to influence employee engagement to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability. Through best-in-class leadership training, participants will develop a powerful network of peers and advocates.¬†Participants will be supported by mentors from the same company who will coach learners to apply their learnings in the workplace.¬† ¬†
