Learn to develop a time-phased project schedule and use earned value to monitor project performance. What you’ll learn: engage with project stakeholders to define the detailed activities, sequence the activities, estimate activity resources required and develop more accurate activity time estimates; build a network diagram and Gantt chart, identify the project critical path, project milestones and float. Both the Critical Path Method and Critical Chain Method will be used. Identify and categorize different types of project costs and estimate types; understand the range of costing techniques used from project selection to project budgeting. Produce a project estimate as part of the process to establish a project baseline; understand earned value analysis at a basic level to establish a system for project performance reporting.
