MMRI Industrial Training Program – Management

This course combines several one-day modules to teach students key skills they will need to oversee and manage projects at work, identify areas for improvement, and select the right method to make the right improvements. Topics covered include: lean methodology, value and non-value, six sigma problem solving methodology, operational and manufacturing processes, process improvements, understanding and creating flow, process mapping, bottlenecks, push vs pull, KANBAN, level loading, one-piece flow, 5 project phases and their key processes, project constraints, and DMAIC methodology.
