Conducting Effective Incident/Accident Investigations

This course is designed for anyone within an organization responsible for carrying out incident or accident investigations. Participants will gain an understanding of the steps required to respond to and carry out effective investigations that meet legal requirements. They will also identify causes that will lead to corrective actions that will prevent a reoccurrence. The course will cover evidence gathering and causal analysis techniques required to identify the true causes of incidents/accidents.
